Do I have a warranty on my products?
We guarantee that the product will be delivered in working order. If this isn’t the case, you can contact us and we’ll refund your money. However, the customer is responsible for correct installation. We also offer support for this.

Payments
Payment failed, what should I do?
If your payment failed, you can simply try again. However, if money has already been debited from your account, please contact us immediately.
Can I also pay in installments?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay in installments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, iDEAL (WERO), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bancontact through our website. When you purchase encrypted products and pay through Tebex, you can also pay with PayPal. For PayPal payments for other products, you can submit a Ticket.
Products
Are product photos taken in-game?
Yes, all our product photos are taken on a FiveM server. This is done using a graphics pack for better results. We don’t add any filters or AI adjustments.
Do you have more product photos?
More product photos than those on the site can be requested free of charge via our Discord.
I have found an error in one of your products.

Can I place escrowed vehicles in a carpack?
Unfortunately, CFX’s escrowed system isn’t designed to do this. If you’ve purchased multiple escrowed vehicles from FiveM Services, we can create a carpack for you free of charge. Please contact us via our Discord server or email us at support@fivemsupply.com.
Can I make modifications to escrowed vehicles?
You can modify the textures and livery of escrow vehicles. However, you cannot make changes to the 3D model itself. You can submit a request for this in a ticket.
