Terms and Conditions – FiveM Supply

By placing an order with FiveM Supply (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • FiveM Supply: the seller and provider of digital products and services.
  • Customer: any individual or legal entity purchasing from FiveM Supply.
  • Product(s): digital items including (but not limited to) vehicles, scripts, MLOs, props, clothing, and related downloadable content.
  • Order: a purchase of a product through our website/store.

2. Products and Delivery

  1. FiveM Supply sells digital products.
  2. Delivery is provided digitally (download links, account access, or platform-based delivery where applicable).
  3. The customer is responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements to use the product (server setup, framework compatibility, correct installation).

3. Refund Policy (Important)

  1. Refunds are not possible due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery/access after purchase.
  2. A refund may only be considered if the product is not working due to an error caused by FiveM Supply, meaning:
    • the product is broken or incomplete as delivered; and
    • the issue is not caused by customer installation errors, server configuration, third-party resources, or modifications.
  3. If a product is not working due to an error caused by FiveM Supply, we reserve the right to:
    • fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe; or
    • provide a replacement/updated version; or
    • only if no solution can be provided, issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Support

  1. Support is provided only through our official channels, such as:
    • Discord
    • Email
    • Knowledge base articles
  2. We do not provide support via private messages or unofficial third-party platforms.
  3. Support is limited to the scope of the product as described on the product page.

5. License and Usage

  1. All products are protected by copyright and licensing terms.
  2. The customer may use purchased products only in accordance with the license provided.
  3. The following is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing by FiveM Supply:
    • reselling or redistributing products
    • sharing files with third parties
    • re-uploading products to other platforms
    • claiming our work as your own

6. Modifications and Support Eligibility

  1. If the customer modifies a product (e.g., editing files, restructuring, changing code, removing protections, replacing assets), FiveM Supply may refuse support.
  2. FiveM Supply is not responsible for issues caused by customer or third-party modifications.

7. Availability and Changes

  1. FiveM Supply may update, change, or discontinue products at any time.
  2. Product descriptions, features, and compatibility may be updated to reflect improvements or changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. FiveM Supply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, server downtime, or data loss.
  2. The customer remains responsible for their server environment, compatibility, and proper installation.

9. Breach of Terms

  1. If these Terms and Conditions are violated, FiveM Supply reserves the right to:
    • revoke access to downloads
    • terminate support
    • refuse future orders
  2. Serious violations may result in additional actions, including reporting abuse to relevant platforms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
