The Handhaving – EUP Uniform Pack is a clothing pack designed for Dutch enforcement roleplay. The pack includes male and female clothing items, accessories, headwear, vests, belts, and uniform pieces suitable for Handhaving characters in FiveM and Single Player/LSPDFR.

🛠️ Installation Guide #

  1. Log in to your FiveM Supply account:
    https://fivemsupply.com/account/
  2. Go to your Downloads:
    https://fivemsupply.com/my-account-2/downloads/
  3. Download the desired clothing pack:
    • Handhaving | EUP Uniform Pack [Addon]

    • Handhaving | EUP Uniform Pack [Replace]

    • Handhaving | EUP Uniform Pack [Single Player]

    • Stadstoezicht | EUP Uniform Pack [Addon]

    • Stadstoezicht | EUP Uniform Pack [Replace]

  4. Unzip the downloaded file.
  5. [FiveM] Upload the main resource folder to your server resources folder or to a custom folder such as [X].Important: Avoid a double folder structure.✅ Correct:
    file/stream❌ Incorrect:
    file/file/stream
  6. [FiveM] Start the resource in your server.cfg:ensure file Replace file with the actual name of your folder.Or, if you use a custom folder such as [X], make sure that folder is started:ensure [X] Replace X with the name of your custom folder.
  7. [FiveM] Perform a full server restart.

🎮 Single Player / LSPDFR Installation #

For the Single Player version, install the files into your EUP installation.

  1. Drag and drop all folders, except the following folders: mp_m_freemode_01_p_mp_m_january2016 & mp_f_freemode_01_p_mp_f_january2016 into: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf
  2. Drag and drop these folders: mp_m_freemode_01_p_mp_m_january2016 & mp_f_freemode_01_p_mp_f_january2016 into:mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds_p.rpf

📦 Variants #

Addon #

The Addon version adds the clothing pack to the end of your clothing list. This allows you to keep all default GTA clothing available and prevents the pack from overlapping with other replace clothing items.

However, there is a limit to the amount of addon clothing packs you can add to your FiveM server. This limit depends on your game build.

Replace #

The Replace version places the clothing between the default GTA clothing items. Under Slot Numbers in this article, you can find the positions/slot numbers where the Handhaving clothing will appear on your server.

Single Player #

The Single Player version can be used for Single Player/LSPDFR.

❓ FAQ #

🎨 Can I edit the clothing textures? #

Yes, the clothing textures are generally located inside the .ytd files.

However, please note that you cannot edit the normal map and spec map through the .ytd if these textures are embedded in the main clothing item file. These embedded textures may affect how your edits look in-game.

⚠️ Does this clothing pack have console warnings? #

No. This pack is fully optimized, and you should not experience console warnings.

📦 Can I add the addon pack to another addon pack? #

This is possible, but you will need to make changes to your fxmanifest.

Please note that this does not bypass or increase the addon clothing limit, because the limit applies per .ymt file. For that reason, we do not recommend combining addon clothing packs.
